RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When you purchase a product from Biebies, you have 14 days to decide if the product is right for you. Biebies will refund or exchange a product, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, or altered, and is in new and re-sellable condition. If the returned product is damaged, then Biebies will determine a reasonable refund taking into account the damage or Biebies may decide, in its discretion, not to accept the return and require you to pay for shipping the product back to you.

Return Shipping

To return a product, you must: (a) contact Biebies within the 14-day return period at support@Biebies.com; (b) obtain a return materials authorization (RMA) from Biebies and include with your product return the RMA reference number provided by Biebies; and (c) return the product to Biebies with proof of purchase from Biebies to the address specified by Biebies in connection with the RMA. Products should be returned with the original packaging.

You may ship the product yourself or request a return label from Biebies. For requested shipping labels, the reasonable return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

If you ship the product yourself, you should use a trackable shipping method. Biebies is not responsible for products shipped to Biebies that Biebies does not have a record of receipt for unless you can verify shipment through your carrier’s tracking records. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Biebies does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds for online purchases

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanging items by mail

If you wish to exchange a product, follow the above return procedures. This will be processed as a new order and your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, this Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy will apply.

Biebies may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
